What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend for guests to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle into their seats.

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions as soon as you can. We’ll make sure the appropriate accommodations are planned based on your feedback.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

The invited guests will be outlined on your invitation. We ask that guests do not plan for additional guests beyond those included. Please reach out to the couple if further clarification is needed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend for guests to plan on cocktail or formal attire for the wedding ceremony and reception. Please keep the October weather in mind when planning attire as the ceremony will be held outdoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking availability at DuGaren Venues & Vineyards including handicap spaces. The venue also includes a covered driveway to the front door entrance for easy access.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will be offered for guests to easily get to the wedding venue from the recommended hotel. The pickup times for the transportation service will be communicated to guests at a later date.
