Question

What is the recommended wedding attire?

Answer

Guests are asked to wear formal attire. i.e. suits for men and evening dresses for women.

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

Belin Memorial United Methodist Church is a tobacco and alcohol free campus. Please respect this. You are welcome to bring your own beverages to the Meet and Greet on Thursday, August 1st and onboard the Explorer boat cruise. Beverages will be provided at Walter’s for the Rehearsal dinner and at Pawleys Plantation for the Reception. No outside beverages are permitted.

Can I bring a date and/or my children?

Unfortunately our guest list is limited. If you are uncertain if you can bring a date or children, please ask the bride.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both Belin Church and Pawleys Plantation have ample parking.

Question

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

If you have received an invitation to the wedding, you are invited to the meet and greet on Thursday, August 1st and the Rehearsal dinner on Friday, August 2nd.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend you stay somewhere between Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island to be close to all of the festivities.

Question

I have allergies (and/or) food restrictions. What do I do?

Answer

Please let the bride know of any dietary restrictions so that we can make prior arrangements.

Question

When should I get to town?

Answer

We hope you are able to make it a vacation and spend the entire week in South Carolina. Planned events begin on Thursday, August 1st with a meet and greet, Rehearsal dinner on August 2nd, and (our big day) Our Wedding is on Saturday, August 3rd.
