Our story began with beers at one of our favorite spots, Austin Beerworks. It must’ve been a good sign—we stayed until closing! Since that first date, we’ve made it a tradition to return each year and celebrate where it all began. Call it a Hinge success story, but we’re just grateful it brought us together!

While packing for their trip to Montreal, Dylan casually mentioned dressing up, taking photos, and even getting her nails done, which naturally made Shelby suspect something special might be in store. Nevertheless, they headed to Mount Royal that Friday afternoon, with its breathtaking views of the city. As Shelby turned to take it all in, she found Dylan down on one knee, asking her to marry him. With overflowing excitement, she said yes!
