FAQs

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! Most beaches are outside so we apologize for the inconvenience.

Question

What time should i arrive?

Answer

Plan on arriving at 4:30pm or sooner. We ask that guests arrive at least 30-45 minutes ahead of time so that it gives you time to park and walk to the beach area.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

You can park at the Fort Fisher Recreation Area (this lot is about a 4-5 min walk) or the Battle Access parking lot (this lot is less than 1 minute to the ceremony). I believe you can also park on side of road. You will have to walk to the ceremony, please arrive way earlier than 5pm.

Question

Will there be a reception?

Answer

Yes!! The Reception will be at the Kure Beach Community Center from 6:30-until. 118 N 3rd Ave Kure Beach NC, 28449

Question

Can I take pictures/videos?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask if you could please keep all phones away and on silent/vibrate. After the ceremony is fine as long as you don't post them on any social media until we have. (We would probably do so that night). Also, please tag us so we can see our day from your perspective.

Question

Are my kids allowed?

Answer

While we love all crumb snatchers, please leave them comfy at home. This is an all adult wedding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear (cocktail dresses, dress pants, summer dress etc). Men (button-ups, dress pants, suits etc). No jeans, no shorts, no graphic tees.

Question

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere, but you are welcome to add to our honeymoon fund through this website. :)

Question

Am i allowed to bring a date?

Answer

We are limited on space, if your invite does not have a plus one, unfortunately you can't.
