Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM CT. Please note that the ceremony and reception will be at the same venue (2110 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60616).

Question

Is this an adults-only event?

Answer

We're thrilled to be celebrating our wedding with you. As we prepare for our special day, we kindly request the reception will be an adults-only affair. We can't wait to see you in Chicago!

Question

Where do I stay in Chicago?

Answer

Chicago has a ton of nice hotels and AirBnBs. Our room block is at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, less than a 10-minute walk to the venue. When you book use this link: https://book.passkey.com/go/SheaFromellWedding2025.

Question

What do you mean by a black and white dress code?

Answer

At the bride's request, we kindly ask that you wear only black, white, or a combination of both. The overall dress code is black tie optional. Thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What to do when I get into the city?

Answer

We will have more details about weekend festivities in the coming months, including a nonformal Saturday activity! For now, plan to explore our beautiful city and everything it offers! The "things to do" page has a few suggested activities.

Question

What to do on Saturday?

Answer

Keep the celebration going with us at Schuba’s Tavern in Lakeview! 🎶✨ It’s an open house (but not an open bar), so swing by, have a beer, and give the newlyweds one last big send-off before they ride off into married bliss! We’d love to see you before you say goodbye—come for the pints, stay for the vibes! 💕 Sláinte! 🍻
