Welcome to our love story!

We initially met in high school, but were only acquaintances. We reconnected in late 2019 through a DM on Instagram that went very far. We only got to date for a couple months before David relocated out of state for his new job training so Shay traveled 12 hours every other weekend to spend time together. Once David finished his training, we relocated to Washington, DC where we grew individually and as a couple which eventually led to David proposing at our Christmas party in 2022.
