This is a great park to see the Michigan fall colors.

North Bay Park

This is where we had our first date and where we got engaged. They serve an excellent dinner, have a great sandwich counter for lunch, and serve a tasty brunch on Sundays.

Bellflower

One of the great fruit farms in the area and a great place for cider and donuts. Try Wasem or one of the other cider mills in the area! 

Dexter Cider Mill is also great, but it's a bit of a drive.

Wasem Fruit Farm

Beautiful park with plenty of playscapes for the kids.

County Farm Park

Really interesting place with tons of firetrucks from many different decades.

Michigan Firehouse Museum and Education Center

An incredible planetarium, and some awesome fossils. The mammoths are some of the best you can see!

University of Michigan Museum of Natural History

Catch a movie in an authentic movie palace! Be sure to get popcorn; they use real butter!

Michigan Theater

Great local bakery. Also serves coffee and pastries, if you feel like a quick pick-me-up!
