Departure Recommendations

- Fly out of SFO on the 28th - We recommend flying out on the 28th at night, arriving on the 29th between noon and 3 pm(check in is at 3 pm). You will have a place to store your bags upon arrival. This will enable you to check in and enjoy a nice massage, lunch or dip in the pool while you wait for your room to be ready. We depart on the 4th of August.

Sandals Lounge at Sangster International Airport

Upon arrival at Sangster International Airport (MBJ)(Montego Bay Jamaica), you’ll proceed to the Sandals desk or lounge, conveniently located at Sangster International Airport. Depending on your room you will have different methods of transportation. Your complimentary transfer to and from the resort will be arranged by Sandals. Climb aboard your bus and enjoy your included roundtrip airport transfer from Sangster International Airport to Sandals Montego Bay. The ride takes less than 15 minutes. If you wish to rent a car you are welcome to do so. We recommend speaking with the resort to see what they recommend.

Travel Note

Butler Guests

If you have booked a butler-level room category, you can expect unimaginably supreme standard of service and luxury. As part of the extra pampering, you can inform your butler about some personal preferences before you arrive at the resort. To do that, click link. As a butler guest, even your luggage gets special treatment. As such, make sure you have a name tag on all your luggage pieces, including your carry-on items.

Check-in/ Check-out

Check in for the hotel is at 3 pm. Be sure to communicate your flight information with the hotel. Certain rooms come with BMW transportation. If not there is a complimentary shuttle the hotel provides as a service. If you arrive before check-in, we’ll hold your luggage so you can begin your all-inclusive vacation right away. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If your flight departs later, you can also leave your luggage with us and spend as much time as possible beside the sea, soaking up the sun.
