Transportation will be provided to and from the Valley Regency for guests included in the Best Western Hotel Room Block. Shuttles will depart the Best Western Hotel approximately 30 minutes prior to the cocktail hour; shuttles will begin to take guests back to the Best Western Hotel approximately 20 minutes after the end of the reception.
