We’re Getting Married!

Sean and Shannon had planned to get sushi one Saturday evening. Little did Shannon know, Sean had other plans. As they drove, to Salt Lake City, Shannon sang along to songs and took quite a while to realize that they were nowhere near the sushi restaurant. As they pulled into the Red Butte Garden parking lot Shannon got quiet and overwhelmed with emotion, thinking she knew what was coming. Sean led her around the gardens, strategically leading her to the place that had been decorated with flowers and pictures of the two of them dating. He was a little nervous but was confident that Shannon would say yes so that helped. As they approached Shannon didn’t see all the pictures until they rounded the corner and then she finally knew that this was the very moment Sean would ask her to marry him. Sean walked her to the blanket set out on the ground and pulled a ring out of his pocket as he got down on one knee. He smiled with only the thought of Shannon’s happiness on his mind as he looked up at her huge grin. Sean asked Shannon to marry him and without any hesitation she said yes.
