Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be attending by March 1, 2024 by clicking on the RSVP tab at the top of the page!

Do I need to RSVP to the welcome event?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you are planning on attending the welcome event on Saturday, April 6 so that we can provide an approximate head count to the restaurant.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be taking place outdoors in a grassy area (weather permitting) so keep that in mind when deciding on your attire!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We want all the guests to relax and enjoy themselves at our wedding, so we have chosen to make it adults-only. The only children we are able to accommodate are those in the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms with a discounted rate at the Hampton Inn Norwich. Booking information (including the discount code) can be found on the Travel page. In order to receive the discount, please book your room by March 25, 2024. Other hotel options have also been provided for your convenience.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The open bar will be limited to beer and wine-bring cash or credit card if you would like any other beverages from the bar.

Will transportation be provided to and from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

A bus will be at the Hampton Inn Norwich at 2:45 pm to bring guests to the venue for the ceremony. It will bring guests back to the Hampton Inn following the reception (approximately 9:30 pm).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. There will be a parking attendant on site to direct guests upon arrival at the venue.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, the venue is able to accommodate a range of dietary restrictions. Reach out to Rob (860-460-7124) or Shannon (860-287-6474) to let us know, and we will inform the venue.
