How is COVID-19 impacting your plans?

We are closely monitoring local infection rates with the COVID-19 variants. The health and safety of all our family and friends is our priority and we will adjust any plans in the upcoming months as needed.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be held inside but the winter weather in western NY can be highly variable. For those traveling from out of town, you may want to pack those winter coats!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Both the church and the reception have free parking available.

Will a shuttle service be available?
Answer
Yes, we want everyone to be able to have a fun night of celebrating without transportation worries. A shuttle will be transporting guests between the Hampton Inn & Suites and the reception at Ravenwood. The shuttle will run from the hotel to the reception between 3:30-4:30pm. The shuttle will then transport guests back to the hotel from Ravenwood between 9:30-10:30pm. If you need transportation between the hotel and the ceremony please let us know and we can help make arrangements for you with others attending.
