Yes! Knights Airport Limosine Service will be shuttling guests to and from the hotel. The shuttle holds 29 people and will be making multiple trips to accommodate everyone. The shuttle at the Holiday Inn will begin at 5:15pm and the last pick up will be at 5:45. Then the shuttle will start picking guests up at La Quinta at 5:45pm and the last pick up will be at 6:15pm. Once everyone is at the venue, the shuttle will be there the remaining time of the wedding. You can go back to the hotel at whatever time during the night. The shuttle ends bringing people back to the hotel at 12:30am.
The venue is 1 mile away from the hotel. It’s a short 3-5 minute ride from either hotel!

For the Holiday Inn hotel: Simply visit the website, first select "BOOK NOW" in the right hand corner, type in the specific block dates then hit "Search". In the grey bar click the down arrow on "Change Search", where it says "Rate Preference" select the down arrow once that is done click the "Group Rate" option. The Group Code box will pop up. Once you put in the LMW code and click "Search" or enter it will then show all the rooms available to reserve in your block.
