We met on the day after Brendon's 21st birthday (9/22/2015). Shannon was at a sorority event and her "big sister," Shannon Watts (bridesmaid), invited Shannon out to Karaoke Tuesdays at Stackers Pub in Amherst. Shannon was not one to go out during the week, but Shannon Watts convinced her as we were going to celebrate some "random" kid's 21st birthday. That random kid was Brendon. Brendon walked into 36 Hobart Lane with not one but two lip rings - his nickname was "Lip Ring Boy." Brendon saw this pretty redhead sitting on the couch and knew he needed to talk to her. Once at Stackers, Shannon and Brendon clicked instantly. Shannon bought Brendon his first beer at a bar even though Brendon insisted not to. Brendon was caring and polite - even when Shannon thought he was from "p-town," not "b-town." They were laughing, joking, and had a great time. The rest is history!
