What time can we check in if we are staying at El Conquistador?

4pm - however early check in is possible upon request.

Are children allowed?

We kindly ask that you keep the little ones home. We all deserve a night out.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside - dinner and dancing will take place inside.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Beautiful for all my East-Coasters - highs in the upper 70's and lows in the mid 40's so bring a jacket for the evening.

Is there a pool?

If you are staying at El Conquistador there is a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub & bar.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation is being provided from El Conquistador to the venue and back. The trolley's last trip will be promptly at 4:00pm. We have the venue until 1AM, the trolley will be taking trips back and forth from 10pm until 1AM.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

For guests who will be driving themselves there is parking at the venue. Uber & Lyft are also available.

Will there be late-night snacks?

Answer

Absolutely! We have hired a food truck, he will be serving various types of non-traditional egg rolls for your late night enjoyment.
