When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible or by May 31, 2024. Please use the RSVP tab to confirm your attendence and make your meal selection.

What happens if I do not RSVP?
Answer
To help us and our venue we ask that you RSVP by the date provided. If we do not receive your RSVP by the specific date you will be marked as declined. We will not be excepting late RSVPs. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

What should I do if I RSVP but now I can’t make it?
Answer
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending our special day, please inform us immediately upon knowing so that we can replace you with another loved one. You can go back into the RSVP tab and change your status to “Will Not Attend”or reach out to either the bride or groom ASAP. Please do not RSVP as attending and not show up.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. Please do not bring a plus one, unless otherwise stated on your invitation. If you have a plus one and they will not be attending, please let the bride or groom know ASAP. We appreciate you all for honoring this request.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, We ask that guest wear ALL BLACK semi-formal attire. No jeans or other colors permitted. We want everyone to look and feel their best.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Guest seating will begin at 3:30pm and doors will close promptly at 4:00pm. Plan to arrive early to allow time for parking. Please be on time!

Will the ceremony and reception be held in the same place?
Answer
Yes, Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the ballroom of the hotel. Everything will be held indoors.

Where do I park?
Answer
Valet parking for the hotel fills up fast. Availability is limited. Self parking is also available in nearby parking garages. Please allow ample time to walk from the parking garages to the hotel.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love the kids. This is an adult only event. Only the kids in the wedding are permitted.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that everyone leave all cameras and cell phones turned off or silenced during the wedding ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us. You can take as many pictures as you would like during cocktail hour and the reception. When posting pictures of our wedding, please use hashtag #ShaheedForeverMoore

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
No, There is no wedding registry. Your presence on the day is what’s most important to the bride and groom. Instead of physical gifts, monetary contributions towards their honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated.
