Yes! We have a selection of goodies from Olive Garden. There will be salad, soup, pasta choices and mini desserts and we didn’t forget the bread sticks. Some options will even be gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan.
For those that cannot climb stairs, please use the drop off area at the top of the hill. Do Not Park there unless you are handicapped then we will find someone to move your vehicle for you. The venue also provides shuttles up to the venue as well. (Please do not just drop off at the top due to laziness, to many cars will cause blockage and could be dangerous for those walking to the ceremony)
Inside the venue the flooring is flat concrete. Outside is outside, there are paved, gravel and grassy areas. The parking lot and driveway are dirt/gravel.
A selection of beer and wine will be available. No hard liquor will be served. Be sure to grab a wedding koozie for your beverage cans!
Yes! Please show up prepared to party! If you have any song requests that you didn’t include with your RSVP please let a member of the bridal party know.
There are booster seats that can be requested, no high chairs available. If you need one you will need to bring your own. There are also changing tables available in the restrooms.
Parents are expected to keep a close eye on their children. The venue has varied terrain, hills, and lots of little areas that could be dangerous to small children. (Brick retainer walls, gardens, rocky landscapes) There is plenty of room inside and on the patio for safe fun, some yard games can even be found. Music will be radio-edited, but no guarantee on the other guest’s dance moves.
We want everyone to be comfortable but also dressed for the occasion. Business casual or church appropriate is a good reference for how to dress. But please, try to refrain from wearing black. Our colors are fall neutrals with pops of navy, dusty blue and pale green.
No! We are having an unplugged ceremony so no phones allowed. We have hired a photographer for our special pictures and would like them to be able to capture the moment without your screens in the picture. Feel free to take all the pictures you want at the reception. But, remember there will be a photograph there as well and we will be sharing pictures from the wedding. Also, be respectful of the photographers. If you see they are trying to capture a moment do not block their views.

We did not choose to bock hotel rooms for out of town guests. This way anyone choosing to stay in a hotel can choose one of their budget and liking. Please see our travel page for a small selection of hotels in the area.
Our venue would like for the party to be over around 10:30-45pm so that clean up can begin by 11pm. If you would like to keep the party going, visit the “Things to do” page for possible places still open for fun.
L.O.L. This is southwest Missouri/ northwest Arkansas weather so, we do not know. The wedding will be in November but that means it could be 65° to 30°, it could rain or snow or be the perfect day. There will be space heaters on the patio and the entire indoor venue is temperature controlled. Some blankets may be provided for guests during the ceremony.
