3:00pm: Guests Arrive
3:30pm-4:00pm: Ceremony 
4:00pm-5:00pm: Guest Cocktail hour under pavilion
5:00pm: Bridal Entrance into reception immediately into first dance, cake, toasts, and blessing
5:30pm: Dinner service begins following with mother/son and father/daughter dances
6:00pm-10:00pm: Dance the night away (DJ and Bar Services end at 10:00pm)
11:00pm: All belongings and departure for any remaining guests
