We met while working at a beauty salon! Its no secret that Chris is a hair stylist and that I am an esthetician, so when we both found ourselves working at the same place we were friends from the start! With that we made the most successful teams in all of Ulta, I'd send my guests to him for hair, he'd send me his for beauty and self care, and before we knew it we were already a dream team. 6 months later we decided we weren't just a great work team, we were great together in general, so we started dating. That's all she wrote from there. 2 years later he proposed! I thought he was trying to push me into the water on the North Carolina nature trail we were on, but no, he was distracting me from his fumbling hands to get out the ring box. I will never forget that day, it felt like the world around us went still, the water shimmered, the wind blew the leaves of the trees, the warm sun cutting through the trees, and the air was so cold that our breath made little clouds around us. I said yes and he almost fell in the water. Here we are 2 years later hoping that we will see you at our wedding!
