Please remember the different rush hour conditions for each airport depending on the time and day you arrive. Ex. On a summer Friday afternoon, DCA to Chestertown is around 2.5 hours and BWI to Chestertown is around 1.5. However, if arriving Friday or Saturday morning, DCA to Chestertown and BWI to Chestertown both take around 1 - 1.5 hours.
