Due to venue requirements and the health and safety of our family and friends, guests will be required to show proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 AND provide a Negative COVID-19 test. All guests will be required to show proof of BOTH upon arriving at the venue suiting the guidelines detailed in the following questions. "Fully Vaccinated" Requirements per Washington, DC Mandate: At least two doses of an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Acceptable Types of Proof of Vaccination Include: • Original or photograph/screenshot of CDC issued vaccination card • Immunization record print out from the patient portal of their vaccine/healthcare provider • A COVID-19 Verification App such as VaxYes or CLEAR
Guests must be prepared to show proof of a negative COVID-19 Test upon entry at Sequioa. Test must be taken within 72 hours of wedding (take test anytime on or after 6pm, Wednesday, March 23rd with documentation of NEGATIVE test by the time you arrive at the venue on wedding day). AT HOME, RAPID, and PCR tests are all acceptable! Type of Proof of NEGATIVE Test Include: - Photocopy or photograph/screenshot of negative At Home, Rapid, or PCR test results - Email / text proof of negative test - Proof from patient portal of healthcare provider
PCR tests: - Local CVS, Walgreens, and other pharmacies will conduct PCR tests for free with insurance. - Companies such as Sameday Health will conduct PCR tests for free with insurance. (https://samedayhealth.com/covid19-testing#booking) *Note: not all states have Sameday Health locations. Rapid tests: - We have used the following site to purchase Rapid tests for $6.99 each (https://ihealthlabs.com/). - Local CVS, Walgreens, and Walmarts carry rapid tests for purchase (may be reimbursed by insurance providers in near future). - Some cities, such as DC, are starting to hand out rapid tests for free at certain times.
