Answer
Unfortunately, we have limited space and have curated our guest list accordingly. Please do not bring a plus one or substitute invitees if they are not listed on our guest list. We appreciate your understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We respectfully request no children at our wedding celebrations. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Wedding Ceremony - Assyrian Church of the East: 680 Minnesota Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. Reception - Boulder Ridge Golf Course: 1000 Old Quarry Rd, San Jose, CA 95123. Both locations are wheelchair accessible.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your venues? What about parking?
Answer
Parking is provided at both locations for those who prefer to drive. The church has a connected parking lot, and the venue offers valet service free of charge. Both locations are also rideshare-friendly (i.e. Uber, Lyft, taxi).

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. We do encourage that guests bring shawls and / or jackets as we will have an outdoor welcome cocktail hour.

What is the dress code for your wedding? Any dress code tips?
Answer
Black tie is required for the reception - find guidelines here: https://www.brides.com/story/black-tie-wedding-guest-dress-code-long-gowns Guests are welcome to wear the same outfit for the church and the reception. Shawls and / or jackets are recommended for the outdoor family photos and cocktail hour as it may be cold and windy.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, and we encourage our guests to bring cash for bartender tips! Also, stay classy, friends ;)

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner (prix-fixe menu). Desserts to follow.

Yes. Please reach out to the bride or groom BEFORE the RSVP deadline (October 5, 2024) if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Where can I find your wedding registry, and where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception. You can find our wedding registry here: https://www.zola.com/wedding/seanandsabrina2024/registry

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We would like to have an "unplugged" ceremony - we have photographers and videographers capturing the day and will share links when we have them! You are welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
If you'd like to join our families in escorting the groom and / or the bride out of the hotel prior to the ceremony, please meet at the Signia by Hilton San Jose at the following times: 1. Groom's Celebration: 12:00PM PT (suite # to follow) 2. Bride's Celebration: 12:45PM PT (suite # to follow)
