Following the Trevor Hall concert, I accepted my friend’s invitation for a night out at Dark Horse Tavern. Yes, Sean and I met at a bar - go figure. As I walked up, he immediately dropped his arm (which was around another girl) and said, “WOAH pleased to meet you, I’m Sean” and proceeded to follow me into the bar. With the help of some karaoke, persistence and a few cocktails - he’s been following me around ever since.
What I thought to be a lovely family vacation, quickly became the surprise of a lifetime. While enjoying the sun at a beautiful Chateau on Lake Lanier, Sean called to me and said, "Nat come look at these baby coyote's!" I swiftly ran over to see the baby coyotes in the brush where he was pointing. Frustrated that I couldn't find them, I turned around to Sean down on one knee - with excellent posture if I might add. He asked if I would marry him, I responded with "Wait are you serious? Is this a joke?" and then proceeded to say YES. A porch full of my closest friends and family began cheering and we had the most spectacular engagement party to follow.
