What should I wear?
Answer
We recommend garden party attire. Think sundresses, light suits (jackets and ties optional) and your best accessories. The ceremony and parts of the reception will be outdoors on grass, so you may want to avoid stilettos. Use this as an opportunity to wear something fun you’ve had in your closet that you might not be able to get away with at a straight wedding. Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable in.

When should I get there?

Our ceremony and reception will be on Friday, August 30. Our ceremony will begin at 6:00, so plan to arrive to the venue between 5:30 and 5:50. If you're in town Thursday, we will be hosting welcome drinks Thursday night, 7:00 at Boundary Stone (see Schedule tab for full details).

How do I get there?
Answer
We have arranged a 30-person shuttle for guests staying at the Marriott Bethesda. It will depart the hotel at 5:15 and return at 11:30. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate any additional passengers on the shuttle, but our venue is easy to get to by car, cab, Uber or Lyft. If driving or taking a car, please be sure to use the venue address - 8940 Jones Mill Rd, Chevy Chase, MD 20815 - in Waze/Google Maps (not the venue name) to ensure that it sends you to the proper entrance on Jones Mill Road. Please do not drink and drive.
