Where is this Fiesta exactly?

88 Wolfeboro Rd, Hanover, NH 03755 is Sean’s family’s property on the east side of Moose Mountain in Hanover NH, between Goose Pond and the ridge of Moose Mountain (AT runs along the ridge). Is the Fiesta indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. You will need to walk a bit on a dirt road and on grass, so please wear flat shoes, sandals, sneakers or flip-flops. Northern New England weather can be quirky. Checking the forecast a few days before is your best bet. It is typically 5 degrees cooler on Moose Mountain than predicted and can feel nippy after sundown. Sometimes we have heat waves, even on Moose Mountain.

What is the dress code for the Fiesta?

Answer

Not being dress code enthusiasts, the closest we can come is ‘Beach Casual’, so think short sleeve button-down shirts and linen or cotton pants/shorts, and summer sundresses, pants or skirts.

If I drive, where should I park?

Answer

There will be a clearly marked field for parking on Wolfeboro Road before you reach The Schoolhouse.

Will transportation be provided between downtown Hanover and the Fiesta?

Answer

Yes. Once we know where guests are staying, we will establish a schedule and route.

Can I get driving directions to the Fiesta?

Answer

Yes, we will post driving directions and a local map, showing various routes up to Moose Mountain.

What are the times and locations for the Shuttle Bus to and from the Fiesta?

Answer

3:30 Six South Street Hotel, Hanover 3:30 Marriott (Centerra), Lebanon 3:30 Dowd’s Inn, Lyme Buses return to those locations 9:30, 10:30, 11:30. If you need to return earlier, speak with Kate Kerrigan Dawson.
