Wedding Party

Get to know who you will see up front on our big day!

Sean Cunningham

Groom

I grew up in Southampton, PA where my parents still reside. After graduating from Penn State with a chemical engineering degree, I moved to Phoenixville, where I still reside, to be an environmental consultant. I have always gravitated towards music, and have played clarinet in several band/orchestra ensembles since the 4th grade (including the Penn State Blue Band!). On the flip side of the coin, I am also a huge Philadelphia and Penn State sports fan - I'm always happy to talk sports with people! Luckily, Alexa shares my love of sports, which is one of the many things that bring us together. I hope to keep finding an endless number of things that bring us together as we continue to journey through life!

Alexa McNeill

Bride

I grew up in West Chester, PA on a farm filled with almost every kind of animal you could imagine! I studied Speech Communication with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in History at Millersville University. I also held many positions within my sorority, Delta Zeta. I am a big time Philly sports fan, which is how Sean and I hit it off. He has since introduced me to Penn State Football! Traveling, reading, baking, and Law & Order: SVU are some of my favorite things! I may also have a slight obsession with the Jonas Brothers. I am very excited to be marrying Sean and starting our next chapter in life together. So many fun adventures are ahead of us and I wouldn't want to share them with anyone else! I am so thankful to have someone that compliments me so well and loves football!

Tom Cunningham

Best Man

Tom and I have been two peas in a pod going back...pretty much our entire lives. Some say we even speak our own language. From obscure childhood references to complete comprehension of gibberish, we always seem to be on the same wavelength. So I'm sure it wasn't a surprise to him when I asked him to be one of my best men. I had the honor of being his best man at his wedding in October 2019 and I am elated to give that honor right back to him. Including Tom on our wedding day gives me great joy and perhaps, someday, people will no longer think we're twins.

Shayne Boyd

Maid of Honor

Shayne & I met freshmen year at Millersville and life has never been the same, in the best way! We made it through many late nights of homework/studying, stressful group projects, & an infamous non-profit class. Shayne is my best friend, my person, like the famous Cristina Yang quote in Grey’s Anatomy. We’ve been through so much together: a 2-week cross country road trip (almost not making it out of the Grand Canyon), the good & bad, changing jobs, moves, & living far apart. Shayne's a once in a lifetime friend & she brings out the best in me. Shayne was there to calm my nerves when I met an amazing guy & needed help texting him. Thankfully, Sean looked passed our awkward responses. I can’t imagine life without Shayne & there is no one better to be at my side when I marry Sean!

Jason Ostrum

Best Man

Jason and I met at Penn State since we were both studying chemical engineering (misery loves company, it seems). We had countless chances to meet before we actually met. But once we did meet Sophomore year, which we lovingly refer to as "that fateful day" (a not-so-long story), we never looked back. Once we were finished being put through the engineering school ringer, we ended up being roommates in Phoenixville...for six years! I wouldn't trade those six years for anything (cue montage). We traveled together, we laughed, we cried, we tried to figure out how to adult, and everything else in between. Jason has been a steadfast supporter of my life endeavors, including my relationship with Alexa, and I am honored to have him stand with me on my wedding day as one of my best men.

Shanna Lowery-Adams

Bridesmaid

Shanna & I met at Millersville when she joined Delta Zeta Sorority. The minute I met her I knew she was cool as heck, hysterical & that I wanted to be friends. Growing up without sisters, I always dreamed of having one. And boy have Shanna and Aubrey delivered. Shanna, Aubrey, & I would get into shenanigans that had us rolling on the ground. From binging tv on her couch, study hours, DZ events, or our weekly trips to Saladworks, we were always up to something. After college Shanna moved to Florida & though we were far apart our friendship only got stronger. No matter what she has my back & is there to listen. Shanna is now a proud Mom of two precious kids & watching her transition into that role has been so fun. When I think of who I want with us on our day, Shanna is a no-brainer!

David Chismar

Groomsman

David and I met through the Penn State Blue Band and we became fast friends. Since he is older than me, he was kind enough to show me the ropes around Penn State. We had countless dorm hangouts, football games, funny moments, band trips, long conversations, bromance pictures (they exist - although not the only bromance in which I've been accused of partaking), and road trips to visit each other now that we don't live a 10 minute walk away from each other anymore. I am proud to have such a supportive friend with me up front!

Aubrey Huntzinger

Bridesmaid

Aubrey & I met when she joined Delta Zeta. That was the start of “the three best friends that anyone could have.” We have many more pop culture quotes but I’ll save you the time. The shenanigans we got into in college wouldn’t be the same without Aubrey’s infectious laughter in the background. Aubreys one of the kindest, funniest, & most genuine people I’ve gotten to know. She’d do anything for you & wouldn’t think twice. How many people are lucky enough to say that about a friend? Having Aubrey in your corner is an honor as she is always there to help or hype you up. Aubrey moved to Florida shortly after Shanna & I’ve missed them both. FaceTime & texts can only bridge the distance so much. Thankfully, she just moved back to PA! Of course she needs to be up with us when we get married.

Zach Ziobro

Groomsman

Coincidentally, Zach lived with David during my freshmen year of college and that's how we met. Zach ended up living together for a year in college before he graduated and went into the working world. Zach and I often hang out, play games together, and we have had many adventures both during and post-college. Several years after college, he moved from Philadelphia to Phoenixville (only a few blocks away from where I live now!) and the good times have continued to roll. Our wedding wouldn't be complete without Zach standing up front with us to celebrate!

Alex Dougherty

Bridesmaid

Alex & I met freshmen year of high school when our Western Civ teacher couldn’t tell us apart. Then we learned of our mutual love of the Jonas Brothers & the rest is history. High school can be rough but luckily we had each other, plus Nick, Joe, & Kevin. The similarities between us are crazy, we can finish each other sentences half the time & we have the same passionate love for television shows. The hours we’ve spent missing Elliot Stabler after he left SVU is something we will keep to ourselves. But have no fear, he’s getting his own show in 2021. Alex and I have been friends for almost half of our lives for which I’m so thankful. So of course I want Alex to share our special day since she’s been with me when the Jonas Brothers got back together & with Elliot & Olivia reuniting.

Peter Seliga

Groomsman

You might be thinking: What is this goofy-looking guy doing here? Don't worry - I'm thinking it, too. Peter and I go way back to high school, where I scared him witless (more than usual) barking out orders as the drum major of the marching band. Once he got over his fear, we hung out many times at each others' houses, where I continuously whipped him at whiffle ball, among many other things. When he got old enough, he followed me to Penn State where we continued to find ways to keep ourselves out of trouble. All kidding aside, I count Peter among my closest friends and I wouldn't trade him for anything. My wedding without Peter standing up front with me just wouldn't feel right.

Beth Ostrum

Bridesmaid

I met Beth as she is married to co-best man Jason, Sean’s best friend and almost domestic partner (just legally, they lived together just under the threshold). Right away I was drawn to Beth’s thoughtfulness, kindness, and infectious laugh. Whether it’s one of her surprise gifts that turns your day around or sending you a meme that makes you laugh, Beth is always showing how much she cares. This amazing woman once helped me make dozens and dozens of cookies late at night for a party without me even having to ask. That’s when I knew she was a lifelong friend. I’m so lucky that Sean and Jason’s bond gave us our own! Beth’s friendship means so much to both Sean and I and we wouldn’t want to get married without her standing up with us.

Bryce McNeill

Groomsman

The man. The myth. The legend. Sorry guys, this groomsman is going to steal everyone’s hearts. And if you enjoy any kind of video game, he’s your guy to discuss it with. Bryce is Alexa’s youngest brother, although he openly loves Sean a whole heck of a lot, too. Bryce stole Sean’s heart right away and they’ve been best friends since. Some of his favorite things are Minecraft, fighting Zombies (we think virtually, but he talks too fast for us to get a chance to ask), playing soccer, meeting new friends, and binging Netflix. Bryce is also working hard to earn new belts at Karate. This guy has brought so much joy into our world with his laughter, dancing, singing, etc. We are super excited to have him join us for our special day.

Chrissy Neppel

Bridesmaid

We met Chrissy when she started dating Sean’s good friend Zach. Right away I loved her sense of humor & how it felt like we’d known each other forever. She is so kind & her wit is quick and dry. Plus, she convinced me to buy Animal Crossing! We’ve been so grateful to get to know Chrissy & have her join in on giving Zach a hard time, which is a favorite pastime of ours. Chrissy is one of those people who quickly becomes a close friend that you know would do anything for you & you’d do the same for her. Her kind words are always soothing on a rough day. Chrissy is also the amazing person who took the photos of Sean proposing. We cherish those photos more than she will ever know! Having Chrissy up with us while we get married means so much to us. Even if she is a Giants & Yankees fan!

Joseph McNeill

Usher

Joseph, or J.T. as some of us call him, is another one of Alexa’s younger brothers. We know for a fact you've heard us brag about him or share a story of how he keeps us laughing! Joseph is a video game junkie & will talk your ear off about whatever he’s playing at the time. He loves Star Wars, like every aspect of the franchise. Listening to music & watching YouTube are also what you may find him immersed in. Joseph is a black belt in karate which he worked really hard for! When you see him, make sure you ask him about his retro gaming collection! Fun fact, the day he was born is also remembered as the day McNabb went down with an ACL injury during the 2006 season. We are so happy Joseph is apart of our special day! He can tear up a dance floor & we can’t wait to celebrate with him.

Zena

Head Diva

There’s a million reasons why she is called Head Diva, starting with that she has us both wrapped around her paw. Miss Zena is our spunky little bundle of joy. She lives for pets, snuggles with Sean, French fries, walks, and playing with the neighborhood kiddos. Zena is the sweetest doggo that went through a lot before she got to us. But you wouldn’t be able to tell because she is spunky and always ready to love whoever she meets. She has such personality and brings so much love and joy to our house. It wouldn’t feel right if she wasn’t a big part of our wedding day. When you see her please give her some pets and tell her how beautiful she is. She lives for attention so don’t tell her this day isn’t about her, we’ll let her have this one!
