There are a plethora of great Airbnb options across Austin often times more cost effective than a hotel. Refer to the map above to see what areas to look in. Some pockets of Austin we suggest are - South Lamar, South Congress, Zilker, East Austin. We started a Wishlist on Airbnb with some good options we found.

Flight

Arrive at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)

For our guests traveling from upstate NY, Southwest and American Airlines generally have the cheapest and fastest flight options. You won't be able to get a direct flight unless you fly out of NYC. Quickest flights are usually leaving at 5/6 AM or 5/6 PM.

Travel Note

Rideshare From The Airport

For those using rideshares, here are directions to the pickup spot: From the main terminal, follow signs for the rideshare pickup area located on the ground floor of the rental car garage. This can be accessible from the arrivals or departures floor. From the South Terminal, pickups are located curbside.
