Holiday Inn Express Easton

The Holiday Inn Express Easton is about 15 minutes away. The regular rates for that weekend are $196 for Friday and $213 for Saturday. The wedding block rates are $159 for Friday and $189 for Saturday. You can book either one or two nights. The group code for booking online is BDW. Rooms will be held until September 11th, afterwards they will not honor the group rate.

St. Michaels Inn

The St Michaels Inn is 5 minutes away. In order to receive the room block discount, guests have to book for 2 nights minimum. The regular rate is $215 per night for Friday and Saturday. The wedding block rate is $190. Group code is BeeDei. Rooms will be held until September 11th, afterwards they will not honor the group rate.

Shuttle

Shuttle Service (pre-wedding)

October 12, 2019 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

We are providing a 36-passenger bus to transport our guests from the above hotels to the venue. The shuttle will depart the Holiday Inn Express Easton at 3:30pm and take guests to the venue. After that, the bus will pick up guests staying at the St. Michaels Inn at 4:00pm and take them to the venue.

Shuttle Service (post-wedding)

October 12, 2019 10:00 pm - 12:30 am

Beginning at 10:00pm, the shuttle will begin making loops between the venue, the Holiday Inn, the St. Michaels Inn, and the C-Street Saloon in downtown St. Michaels for those who wish to end their night with some time on the town that evening. The last shuttle will leave C Street Saloon at midnight to return guests to lodging.
