Due to the hotel almost being sold out, they have notified us that they are not able to guarantee the requested early check-in for our hotel block unless you extend your stay to include Friday night. They instructed us to have our guests call the morning of the wedding to see if they can honor the early check-in because it will be on a room-by-room basis. If you are unable to get early check-in, you have a few options: - Check-in right at 3pm to put your bags in the room and take the last shuttle that leaves at 3:30pm - Leave your car/bags at the hotel and use the 2:45pm/3:30pm shuttle, but not check-in until after the wedding - Drive directly to the venue and after the wedding either drive to hotel or leave your car at the venue

Shuttles will leave promptly at 2:45 and 3:30pm. Use of shuttle is not required. Free parking is available on site at the venue.

Multiple shuttles will be available between 7pm and the final shuttle at 11:45pm. All guests must leave venue by 12am.
