As much as Scott and I LOVE kids, we had to limit our guest list due to the venue capacity. We respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation.
We have addressed the invitations to the people that we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your invitation.
We will be starting promptly at 6pm! So please arrive 15-30 mins prior to find parking! Once you pull onto the ranch, there will be signs and parking attendants directing you where to go. However, It is a slight walk to the ceremony site, so be sure to arrive with plenty of extra time:)
We suggest wearing something dressy! Whether that's your Sunday best, a semi formal outfit, or that cute cocktail dress you've been dying to wear in the back of your closet! As long as you come dressed up and not wearing white you are aye okay!
Scott and I have made the decision to have an alcohol free wedding. However, we will still dance the night away and have so much fun at the reception! There will be some incredible food, music, delicious non alcoholic drink choices, and AMAZING desserts! Get ready to have some fun!
We will have a delicious buffet style meal with plenty of options for everyone to choose from! We are working with our caterer to try and come up with a gluten/dairy free option for those with sensitivities! If you have an airborne/extremely high risk food allergy please contact either the bride or groom and let us know so we can safely plan accordingly with our caterer.
We kindly ask that during the ceremony, please turn your phone off and put it away. We have an incredible Photography and Videography team gathering all the sweet moments. Guests will be able to access these a few weeks after the wedding. However, at the reception, using your phone is encouraged! Take all the pictures and videos you want of our awesome celebration! There will be a rehearsal dinner the night prior at the venue. We politely ask, unless you are directly invited to this event, do not arrive to the ranch a day early. Check in for all guest staying at RYRR will be at 4pm on the 21st.
