After a year of hanging out in the same friend group, several months of talking and pretending not to have feelings, and another few weeks of waiting for Nathen to ask Schuyler "out" officially, on one chilly February afternoon he woke Schuyler up from a nap to finally ask her to be his girlfriend.

Nearly a year and a half of chasing waterfalls, exploring hiking trails, watching sunsets, trying slushies from every gas station within a driveable radius, and scream-singing to Quinn XCII in the car together led to Nathen getting down on one knee at the first waterfall the two ever found together and trying to put the ring on Schuyler's right hand. She said yes anyway ;)
