The Embassy Suites is located 0.7 miles from the wedding venue. Room rates are $165 + tax for a king room or $175 + tax for a double-double room. Breakfast is included. Guests can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres each evening from 5:30pm-7:30pm in the hotel atrium. Room block rate expires on April 6, 2019. We encourage you to book soon as possible if this is your hotel of choice. Hotel provides complementary transportation to and from the DFW International Airport. Call 972-724-2600 after you deplane and provide your arrival gate/terminal information. After calling the hotel, exit the baggage claim area and proceed to the lower level of the airport. Wait by the “Courtesy Shuttle Pickup Only” area for the Embassy Suites van. Wait time is usually 15 – 20 minutes. Complementary transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue.
