How do I pay for the room stay?

Answer

The hotel collects the value of 1 (one) night at the moment of booking. Each guest must pay in full, the remaining balance of their reservation one month before check-in.

Check in 3:00pm. Check out 12:00pm (Noon).

How long can I stay using the special booking rate for this event?

All guests can use the special rate for a total of 4 nights.

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico ?

Answer

Yes. If you don't have a passport and need to obtain one, you can do so at your local USPS. NOTE: If you have a black and white birth certificate, they will deny your passport. You need a current birth certificate with a colored seal. You can obtain a new birth certificate online: vitalchek.com.
