Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes there is! The attire is Black-tie optional. Men, suit & tie is acceptable or pull out the tuxedo for the evening! Ladies, please wear mid-length or floor length dresses, nothing above the knee, or floor length jumpsuits!

Should I RSVP online or mail in my RSVP Card?

Answer

You can do whatever makes you happy! We will have the online RSVPs open for anyone to complete conveniently, or you can fill out the RSVP card and mail it back to us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue for all to park and there will be valet parking as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kiddos and we wish they could celebrate with us, however, this will be an adults only evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity at the venue, so if you received a plus one please bring a guest with you if you would like! If you did not receive a plus one and would like to bring someone, please reach out to Madison. Please do not bring someone without speaking with Madison first as again, we are at capacity and all of the tables / meals will be pre-determined.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Of course! The bride & groom are staying at The Shinola Hotel in Detroit. There is also The Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit, Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center, and Hotel David Whitney, Autograph Collection in Detroit.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please write it on your RSVP card under your name or call/text Madison at 248-425-6390.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at 6:00pm, please arrive by 5:30pm so you have enough time to park, walk in, and take your seat. Since this is a later ceremony, we will be starting right on time so the celebrating can begin!

What are we eating?

Answer

You have a choice of Chicken, Steak, or a Vegan Option! Please make sure you indicate which meal you would like on your RSVP card, or when you RSVP online! The Pan-Seared Chicken is a skin-on Chicken Breast with Caramelized Apples & Onions and a yummy Michigan Cider Reduction. The Steak is a delicious Filet Mignon served with a garlic butter melting on top. Both dishes are served with Gouda Whipped Washed Potatoes and Braised Carrots. For our vegetarians or vegan friends, we have a delicious Mushroom & Truffle Risotto!
