Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, December 15, 2024, to confirm your seat(s) and meal option(s).

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please don't wear white! Otherwise, dressy but not stuffy! Suits, dresses, skirts, slacks, etc., are all welcome. The weather in Tucson in February is variable. Please bring an extra layer in case of rain and/or wind. Heaters will be provided at the venue and we will move the festivities inside should rain become an issue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome but unruly children will be fed to the wildlife.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM. Please plan to be seated five minutes prior to 6:00 PM so the ceremony may begin on time.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! But please let us know by Sunday, December 15, 2024!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to catch a ride at the end of the night, vehicles may be left at the venue overnight but must be retrieved no later than 9:30 AM on Sunday, February 16th. Vehicles left at the venue after 9:30 AM on Sunday are subject to joy rides.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the 'Travel' tab. We do have a room block at Omni Tucson, but please don't feel obligated to stay there if another hotel will better suit your needs. That said, we do recommend staying in a hotel far from downtown Tucson because the Gem and Mineral Show is in town and downtown will be absolutely swamped with people.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

TBD

Question

Will anyone be changing their name?

Answer

Thanks for asking! For personal and professional reasons, we will both be keeping our current names post-marriage.
