Under the impression the two were off to an early dinner, Merideth followed Vincent's lead. Little did she know that all of the details for Vincent's proposal had been planned for weeks! Vincent and Merideth arrived at the T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge overlooking the Richmond skyline and James River for a "casual walk before dinner." The proposal was timed down to the minute as Vincent got down on one knee to pop the question while a locally hired photographer captured the thoughtful, unforgettable moment!
