There are a variety of accommodation options conveniently located near the venue, providing you the freedom to select your ideal stay! Our venue has partnered with two cabin communities: Timber Oaks and Big Bear. For flexible travel choices, guests can also choose to use Uber or Lyft services to reach the venue. Parking overnight is permitted; however, cars must be retrieved by 8:00 am the following day, as per venue guidelines. Directions to Venue: You can put Nichols Heir in your phone maps, but sometimes the GPS wants to take your through town and traffic can be terrible. From I40, take exit 407 to Sevierville Turn Right at the Wilderness onto Gists Creek Road At the next light, turn left onto Old Knoxville Hwy Follow this road to the red light, go through the light onto Hardin Lane. Stay on Hardin Lane for 2.3 miles and Nichols Heir will be on the left.

While the shuttle service doesn't extend to this specific area, fear not—it's just a brief 10-15 minute drive to reach the venue! Enjoy the space and comfort of larger cabins or the snug intimacy of condos, all within a convenient distance from the celebration site.
