Rehearsal Dinner

5:00 pm

We are so excited to celebrate with you! For those of you who are staying at the Old Saco Inn check in time for the rooms will be 3:00 PM. We will begin the rehearsal dinner with the run through of the big day, we will start this at 5:00 PM. Dinner will start at 6:00 PM. There will be a bar open inside the inn to purchase drinks. (Please feel free to also bring your own alcohol, the inn just asks that we aren’t out drinking alcohol not supplied by them until the bar closes ~ 10:00PM) Meal option descriptions: Chicken Picatta: chicken breast simmered with capers. Lemon and parsley in creamy white wine, butter sauce. Vegetable of the day on the side. Herb Crusted Haddock: Baked with a fresh herb crust and topped with garlic lemon butter. Served with wild rice and vegetable of the day. Steak Tips: Choice of Angus sirloin in a French rosemary garlic marinade. Topped with sautéed peppers, onions, and mushrooms. With potato and vegetable of the day.
