Travel Note
The Ceremony and Reception will occur at the same place! For directions, use the address of the facility (18400 Blvd Louisiane, Baton Rouge, LA). You must turn on "Blvd Louisiane", directly off of Highland Rd. With the facility being a private and gated community, it is very important to RSVP by February 1st to ensure your name is on the list to enter the front gate.
Flight
If you fly into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), you will be about an hour away from the venue located in Baton Rouge. This airport may be a cheaper option for flying into Louisiana, however, you may have to rent a car.
Flight
The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) will be the closest airport to fly into! Venue will be 15-20 minutes away. Since it is a smaller airport it may be a little more expensive. But if you do not plan on renting a car, Uber will work!

This hotel is 15 minutes from the wedding venue and 15-20 minutes from Baton Rouge Airport! It has a lot of dining options and shopping around and is a cheaper option where guests can book hotel rooms from Wednesday April 3rd until Sunday April 7th for $109 a night plus tax. If you are planning on staying in New Orleans, I suggest looking at this place! It is right at the corner of Bourbon street. I booked hotel rooms (4 rooms with a king bed and 2 rooms with 2 queens), however, it seems to be cheaper if you book through Hotels.com! Check that out, and see what you can find! The blocks are available from Wednesday April 3rd Until Saturday April 6th. Feel free to look at other hotels in the area as you may find one cheaper or more suiting to your needs.
