Can we use an Uber/Lyft to and from the venue?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are blocked from Mammoth so you would need to set up a taxi in advance to get to and from the venue if you are not staying at Mammoth Mountain Inn or driving. If you are staying at Mammoth Mountain Inn, you will not need to worry about transportation. Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are invited to the welcome party on Friday, but adults only for the ceremony/reception on Saturday. :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking surrounding The Main Lodge near Mammoth Mountain Inn. If you would like to be close to the venue, we recommend staying at Mammoth Mountain Inn so that you are walking distance from the gondola.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the Lower Panorama Gondola (near Mammoth Mountain Inn) by 5pm to be taken on a gondola ride to the ceremony at the McCoy Station Rooftop. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.
