Granville Island has various things to do including the Public Market, restaurants along the water, wine tasting, shopping, and boat tours/ walking.
At night time they have an Improv show!

Whistler is an hour and 30 minutes from Burnaby. Incredible drive along the coast! Beautiful place to shop, eat and relax.

Victoria Island is beautiful to visit! One of my favorite places in British Columbia. I recommend spending at least the full day there.
