The Wedding Website of Savanna Bryant and Stephen Jansen
Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors sun or rain! It will be in September (estimated to be around 50-70 degrees) so please dress accordingly. While we understand if people don't wish to be outside if it rains, we will get married in whatever weather mother nature plans for the day of. We recommend bringing an umbrella if you would like!

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire. We want you to feel comfortable and also use the nice clothes in your closet that you barely get to ever wear! Our suggestions for attire are as follows: Men: a suit and tie or dress shirt with khakis or slacks. Women: a cock-tail length, midi, or floor length dress or dress pants and nice dress shirt if more comfortable. P.S. no white :)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Hidden Hollow Farm is where the ceremony and reception will be held, and can accommodate parking on-site for guests!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We love seeing the captured memories, and are so glad that you want to memorialize the day, we just ask that you don't have your phone out during our ceremony and be in the moment with us. For any other pictures you take during the day excluding the ceremony, we would love to see them! Please post them on our Memento Page! https://albums.memento.com/send92243

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have an Amazon registry available on our gifts page. Please refer the Registry tab and click on “Amazon” to be directed to available gift options! There is also a Zola honeymoon fund on our registry page as we understand not everyone can attend, but would like to celebrate us. We thank you for any gifts and well wishes already, but are just grateful to be able to celebrate this day with you if you are able!

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it sent directly through our registry or bring it to the wedding as a wedding card box and gift table will be at our reception.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer and wine, and the option to pay for mixed drinks available to guests 21 years and up. Please have your ID available, and plans to drink safe and responsibly!

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, there will be snacks available in the reception area for cocktail-hour. Then immediately following cocktail-hour, dinner will be served. Please see our menu for any dietary restrictions. And then later on during the reception, we will have ice cream and toppings available for dessert!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. Due to limited venue capacity, the guest list is limited to those specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What about my kids?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate all of them at the venue due to restricted numbers. The bride and groom ask that if your little ones are accounted for in your reserved seats, that they come to the reception as we would like everyone to have the opportunity to relax and enjoy during the ceremony. If we are unable to accommodate your children, we hope that you’re able to use this as an opportunity for a parents’ night out!

Question

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

Our dinner will be held by Whiskey Whiskers Barbecue, and will be serving the following options: Smoked pulled pork Smoked pulled chicken Garlic mashed potatoes Smoked macaroni and cheese Country style green beans

Question

Are there hotel blocks available in the area?

Answer

While we did not reserve any hotel blocks in the area, as we understand long-distance travel for loved ones is not ideal for everyone, we do have recommendations for hotels that have available rooms (as of 4/26/24). Please refer to the “Lodging” tab on our website to get contact information if you plan to spend the night close-by!

Question

What if I have more questions?

Answer

If any of your questions are unanswered please feel free to reach out! You can contact the bride or groom by texting the following numbers: (812) 430-8127, (219)331-8398. We just ask that you reach out at least 1 month before the wedding with any questions, as that is when the final guest count is required by vendors! Thank you, and we hope to see you on our special day!
