Our love story is one filled with serendipity, intention, and shared passions, a story that began five years ago at the SeaTac airport. It's a story where the universe seemed to conspire to bring us together, and it all started with a cup of vanilla latte. I (Kylie) had a series of unfortunate events that led me to the airport, including missed buses and trains, and even borrowing money for a plane ticket. I was frazzled, to say the least. That's when Rishi, ever the gentleman, had a plan in mind. He bought me a vanilla latte, knowing it would help calm my nerves and perhaps catch my attention. It did. And there he was, at Gate C21, holding my latte with a warm smile on his face. It wasn't a chance encounter; it was intentional. We began talking, and from that very moment, we both felt that something extraordinary was happening. Our journey together has been a beautiful blend of adventure and shared dreams. We explored the charming city of Seattle, where we both found ourselves, and the University of Washington became a place where we formed an unbreakable bond. We laughed, studied, and created cherished memories there. But our adventures didn't stop in Seattle. We shared a deep love for travel, which took us to India, where Rishi could introduce me to his cultural roots, and we could explore the vivid tapestry of traditions together. Along the way, we discovered unique pitstops, like Route 66 in Oklahoma, which added extra layers of excitement to our adventures. Our common interests are many. We both adore road trips, finding joy in the journey itself, and have a guilty pleasure for binge-watching interior design shows, all the while dreaming about our perfect home together. And then there are our adorable cats, who became cherished members of our family. So here we are, five years later, still writing our story, one beautiful chapter at a time.
Please join us next year for a reception. We can't wait to celebrate our marriage with you all.
