One text started it all. Sary's sisters and Sarah's aunts were hard at work conspiring to introduce us -- all the way from Switzerland! Sarah spontaneously had a trip to Austin planned to attend ACL, a music festival, and Sary was intrigued to meet her. Sarah had time for one coffee date at 10am Sunday morning, which happily turned to brunch. Frequent FaceTime dates, messages, and a move to Austin; the rest was history!

Sary planned a beautiful proposal at the Commodore in Austin, a spot that Sarah had long wanted to check out! A quick walk before dinner in the garden and there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers and champagne bottle waiting in front of a beautiful fountain. Serena, Sarah's sister, popped up from the bushes to record the whole thing. Sary said such beautiful words and Sarah graciously accepted the proposal!
