Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting our guests to wear cocktail attire. To us, this means knee-length or longer cocktail dresses, snazzy jumpsuits, elegant separates, or suits/sports coats with a tie. Good news! Ditch the heels and wear wedges or flats- Sydonie Mansion has preserved wood floors that must be protected. (Heel caps will be provided if necessary)

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue and staff will direct guests where to park.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle going from the Hilton Garden Inn Apopka to Sydonie Mansion and back. THE MAIN BUS (SEATS 55) WILL DEPART AT 2:45PM FROM THE HOTEL AND LEAVE SYDONIE AT 10:00PM. AN ADDITIONAL HOTEL SHUTTLE (SEATS 9) WILL DEPART AT 3PM AND MAKE TWO TRIPS BACK AT 8PM AND 9PM.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is handicap accessible. There are many accommodations in place to ensure a pleasant experience for all of our guests. Accessibility was one of the main priorities when we chose our venue.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We want all of our loved ones to be with us to celebrate, including your children. However, the venue has requested we remind guests that all children must be closely watched by their guardians during the wedding.
