Men: Typically only the groom wears a tuxedo and the guests would wear a suit + tie (any color/style). Women: No restrictions whatsoever on women's attire

We suggest staying at the St. Regis. However, there are several hotels nearby if you have different preferences. Cairo is very safe and you can Uber around 24/7.
