Is there transportation from Bitterroot River Inn and City Center Motel to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We will provide a shuttle with pick-up stops at the Bitterroot River Inn and across the street from the City Center Motel. This shuttle will transport you to St. Francis Catholic Church for the ceremony and to the Stock Farm Club for the reception. After the reception is over, the shuttle will make a stop in town for the after festivities, as well as a stop back at Bitterroot River Inn and across from the City Center Motel.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Wedding day dress code is cocktail attire. Our reception will be on grass, so plan accordingly with your footwear!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at St. Francis Catholic Church in Hamilton by 2:30 p.m. You may want to arrive a bit early to get a good seat!

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special meal request?

Answer

Our reception will be a plated dinner, so please let us know in advance if you have dietary restrictions.
