What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire We are excited for you to celebrate with us in style! Guests should opt for a suit jacket or blazer, with pants and button down Or midi to maxi length dresses or an elevated pantsuit. Since it is summer, lighter weight fabrics and colors are encouraged! If wearing heels please note the ceremony and reception is on grass.

Can we bring gifts or cards to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! If you choose to bring a gift or a card to the wedding there will be an indicated table for you to place them. We kindly ask that if you choose to write a check please only list one of our names and not both to avoid any issues. Our registry and honeymoon fund can be found on the registry page on this website.

Are children invited?

No, while we love our younger friends and family members, we kindly ask that they stay at home for this occasion.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
No, unless it is otherwise noted, please only bring who is listed on your RSVP. We will not be able to accommodate any extra guests.

What is the ceremony/ reception space like?
Answer
Our venue is a beautiful 18th century estate nestled in the trees by the Brandywine river. Our ceremony will take place outside in the back garden area, the cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor through the estate and we will have a tented reception outside by the garden.

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle that will travel to and from the Fairfield Inn at the start and end of the wedding. The bus will depart from the Fairfield Inn at 4:05 PM and leave the venue that evening at 10:30 PM. If you plan on exiting the wedding early please plan to provide your own transportation. The venue allows parking or there are ubers available in the area.

Can I park at the venue?
Answer
Yes! The venue has ample amount of free parking and cars can be left overnight as long as they are collected the next morning.
