A culinary gem in Ghent, NY which is one town over from Chatham. These are the caterers for the Celebration event. In addition to delicious food, they have a wonderful bakery. Their Pistachio Croissants are amazing.

A cute brewery that is pretty much the nightlife of the town these days. They are providing Beer for the Celebration!
