We are getting Married!

Sarah always said she would travel nurse for several years and live in cool cities across America, but ultimately would polish off her travel career in her favorite all-time city, New Orleans, LA. She was settling into a "routine" on the Northshore when she decided to give dating another shot. She happened to come across a blue eyed, smiling, "fungi." He caught her eye immediately. Seth was visiting his family in Madisonville, LA when he found the red headed lady that would change his world forever. It was an instant connection between the two and after a couple weeks, they went on their first date. Seth drove over from Baton Rouge to take Sarah to dinner at Forks & Corks Restaurant in Covington, LA. They both left that dinner with huge smiles on their faces. The rest is history...

Seth was planning to propose at Lake Claiborne among Sarah's family and friends at the end of October 2018. When Sarah's mom's health took a turn for the worst, the plans were changed. The couple already had dinner reservations at Commander's Palace in New Orleans, LA on October 19, 2018 to celebrate their 1 year anniversary from the previous week. Seth decided he would go ahead and propose that night at dinner. The maître d′ brought out dessert with champagne and "the ring" was in the midst of a napkin bouquet. When the napkin was folded back, Sarah saw the ring and immediately started crying. She knew this was the moment that would change her life forever and it was actually happening. Seth got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. With all the commotion from the wait staff and other guests approaching their table and the overwhelming emotions, Sarah did not hear him ask the big question. The second time around Seth shouted, "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" Of course Sarah said, "Yes!" All of their family and closest friends were awaiting patiently to hear the story and see pictures! The newly engaged couple rushed to Sarah's hometown so her Mother could be a part of the celebration!! They both agree that it was truly one of the happiest moments of their lives!!

Sarah fell in love with New Orleans, LA at an early age and loves everything the city has to offer. Seth grew up not far from the city and has being going to New Orleans for celebrations since childhood. So it made perfect sense to celebrate their marriage and host their wedding in the city they both love. "Laissez Le Bon Temps Rouler!"
